Si possono trovare erbe dal sapore amaro, dolce o acidulo e combinarle a piacimento. Per questo prediligo stufare le erbette con la sola acqua di lavaggio o tuttalpi\u00f9 aggiungendone pochissima. Anche nel caso degli stufati la variet\u00e0 che si trova tra le piante e erbe spontanee \u00e8 notevole. Possono essere gustati come contorno o possono diventare la base per ripieni, frittelle e frittate. <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 15px;\" data-fusion-font=\"true\"><b style=\"font-size: 20px;\" data-fusion-font=\"true\">PESTI<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 15px;\" data-fusion-font=\"true\">Per me in cima alla TOP TEN dei pesti ci sta senza dubbio il pesto di Aglio Orsino. \u00c8 uno dei miei preferiti e nella stagione primaverile di foglie se ne trovano davvero in grande quantit\u00e0. Si possono realizzare buonissimi pesti con molte altre erbe decisamente pi\u00f9 delicate come l\u2019amaranto o lo spinacio di montagna. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\" style=\"font-size: 15px;\" erbe e fiori  \u00e8 trasformali in polvere e impiegarli poi per aggiungere sapore ad una pietanza o come coloranti alimentari. Alcuni sciroppi vengono in aiuto anche dal punto di vista \u201cfarmaceutico\u201d all\u2019insorgere dei primi sintomi da raffreddamento come lo sciroppo di piantaggine utile contro la tosse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 20px;\" data-fusion-font=\"true\"><b>LIQUORI<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 15px;\" data-fusion-font=\"true\">Alla base dei liquori vi \u00e8 l\u2019estrazione dei composti della pianta in soluzione alcolica o idroalcolica. Non sono esperta in questo campo ma tutti sappiamo che liquori e grappe aromatizzate con fiori e radici di piante selvatiche sono diffuse in tutto il territorio italiano. Da noi in Valle Camonica nella tradizione dei liquori troviamo la grappa di Artemisia Genipi, pianta ormai a rischio e protetta a livello nazionale e regionale per le troppe raccolte indiscriminate. La differenza tra infuso e tisana sta nel fatto che l\u2019infuso viene fatto con una sola erba o fiore mentre la tisana \u00e8 una combinazione di 2 o pi\u00f9 piante. Si porta ad ebollizione l\u2019acqua, si spegne e si lascia a macerare la pianta per 5\/7 minuti. Si filtra e si beve, calda o fredda. <\/p>\n<p><b>DECOTTI<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Si tratta sempre di un estrazione in acqua ma con il decotto utilizziamo le parti pi\u00f9 dure e coriacee della pianta. Ideale quindi per semi, bacche e cortecce. La parte, o le parti della pianta, vengono messe in acqua fredda e portate a bollore. Poi si lascia riposare la pianta per altri 10-15 minuti (a seconda della pianta\/parte usata). <\/p>\n<p><b>IMPACCHI E IMPIASTRI<\/b><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019impiastro di emergenza si pu\u00f2 ottenere masticando una foglia con i denti e applicare la poltiglia ottenuta sulla parte interessata. \u00c8 il caso della Piantaggine che masticata e a contatto con la saliva rilascia le mucillagini. Questo impiastro si pu\u00f2 usare in caso di punture di insetti o in caso di bruciori. L\u2019impacco invece prevede l\u2019applicazione della pianta sulla parte interessata, dopo averla lasciata macerare in infuso. <\/p>\n<p><b>OLEOLITI<\/b><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019estrazione delle sostanze liposolubili della pianta deve avvenire per macerazione foglie e fiori in una sostanza lipidica, grassa. Per questo gli oleoliti sono meravigliosi e facilissimi da preparare. Un volta filtrati gli oleoliti possono essere utilizzati come base per autoprodurre pomate, creme e saponi artigianali. <\/p>\n<p><b>IDROLATI<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Gli idrolati sono acque aromatiche ottenute
